Our work with Donna Evans aimed to implement a meaningful employee engagement survey for our 500+ Vista Community Clinic employees. Donna identified three excellent surveys for us to consider and summarized the alternatives so that it was easy to present to the executive staff. After we selected the Gallup Q12 survey, Donna was instrumental in planning the administration of the survey, positioning the survey with our executives and managers and preparing communications that were very effective with our workforce. Donna’s has been very easy to work with, especially given the hectic pace of our environment. Her experience and expertise in employee engagement and employee surveys has been invaluable in our efforts.
