It is also a powerful tool in career and succession planning discussions and team-building sessions.
Everything DiSC Workplace Profile
The DiSC Workplace Profile is a research-validated online assessment that helps employees understand their own personality and style. Employees learn about their priorities, motivations and stressors. It is also an invaluable tool for understanding and appreciating the styles of the people they work with. It provides specific strategies for overcoming challenges when working with people of different styles and personalities.
The DiSC is extremely effective in teams. Through better understanding of themselves others’ personalities, team members appreciate, value and even leverage differences that previously created conflict. For example, employees who are more introverted understand and value their extroverted team members’ energy and enthusiasm.
Coaching Packages for Individuals and Teams
We provide programs to provide 1:1 coaching for employees. We also facilitate team-building sessions using the DiSC Workplace as a tool to build more positive employee relationships and improve communications within the team.
The following is a package we bundle for 1:1 coaching with employees.
Individual Leadership Package (2 Month Program
This personalized coaching program includes:
- Initial 2-hour contracting meeting with the employee and his/her manager.
- Everything DiSC Workplace Profile ($54 value).
- Assessment review 3-hour session for action planning.
- Follow-up session every 2 weeks to review progress and revise action plan.
- Review and closing session for 2- hours with employee and manager to review progress and determine action plans for future growth.
- Unlimited email access for continued follow up for 2 full months.
TOTAL INVESTMENT: $1497
The contracting, assessment review and action planning and closing sessions would be face-to-face either in person or via Skype.
