With over 25 years experience in finance, HR management and organizational development, Donna brings a high level of expertise, awareness and skill to her consulting and coaching work. Donna has been involved with teams ranging from 5 to 2,500. She has led successful organizational change efforts involving thousands of employees to accelerating team performance for teams as small as 10. Donna also has significant business management experience and understands the challenges that leading and managing employees and teams. She has provided trusted coaching to employees, managers and executives at all levels from line operators to senior vice presidents of billion dollar organizations.

Donna received her Bachelor’s degree from Penn State University, and her MS from Purdue. She is certified in DiSC and has extensive training in a variety of OC tools.
When she isn’t running a world-class team building and leadership development consultancy, she can be found playing with her two dogs, talking to her kids, Ryan and Sarah, and running (and biking and swimming) triathlons with her husband.

Susan joined Team Building for Success as a principal consultant and coach in 2016. She works with leaders and managers in organizations to improve their bottom-line results by harnessing the power of their employees.
Prior to joining TBFS, Susan worked as a Senior Leader at Hewlett Packard Company. Her career as a business executive spans over 25 years. She has a history of making significant contributions in leading Global teams in growth industries. She is recognized for combining long term transformational business strategies while leading successful organizational change.
